1. General Conditions

2. Products & Custom-Made Orders
Many products sold by Zeriva Store may be custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or prepared specifically against an individual customer's order.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking product details and any information, size, colour, design, customization, address, or other selections provided before confirming an order.
Once production or customization has started, cancellation, modification, return, or exchange may not be available except as provided in our applicable policies or required by law.
3. Product Information & Images
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and other information.
However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, materials, and reasonable variations associated with custom-made products.
Minor reasonable variations do not necessarily mean that a product is damaged or incorrect.
4. Pricing & Availability
Product prices, offers, availability, specifications, and descriptions may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed and confirmed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
We may limit product quantities or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding an alternative, replacement, cancellation, or applicable refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted.
Orders may be subject to payment verification, product availability, customization feasibility, address verification, fraud-prevention checks, and other reasonable verification.
We may refuse or cancel an order in appropriate circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or technical errors, inability to fulfil customization, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.
Where payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, an applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
6. Billing & Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary to process their orders.
This may include information such as:

- PIN code
- Mobile number

10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because many Zeriva Store products may be custom-made or made-to-order, general change-of-mind returns may not be available.
Eligible claims involving an incorrect or damaged product will be handled according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and follow the reporting timelines and evidence requirements stated in that policy.
Where an approved replacement cannot reasonably be provided, an eligible refund may be processed according to the applicable policy.
11. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If a package appears visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, or severely crushed at delivery, customers should refuse delivery wherever reasonably possible.
Customers should also follow the procedures contained in our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy when reporting a damaged or incorrect product.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated or owned or licensed by another party, website content belonging to Zeriva Store, including branding, logos, original text, graphics, designs, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Customers may submit genuine reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other permitted content.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdictional rights available to consumers, disputes relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the appropriate courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
